The Louisiana Heritage Café’s School of Cooking offers entertaining culinary lessons, and is open to the public as well as hotel patrons. Chef Faroldi’s demonstrations provide wonderful insights into Cajun and Creole culture and offer historic tidbits that compliment his creative technique and delicious presentation.

Designed for the gourmet enthusiast, guests will learn about the lifestyles, heritage and foods of Louisiana. Instructors prepare the menu selected before the live audience. Guests will dine on all dishes prepared at class conclusion. Pricing varies depending on the specific dishes, clothing and products included.
